Chaoyang Fengyuan Packaging Products Co., Ltd. hereby makes the following solemn declaration:

Fengyuan Company is a legally registered enterprise specializing in commercial printing services. We strictly adhere to national regulations, including the 'Regulations on the Administration of the Printing Industry,' and relevant rules when undertaking printing projects. We explicitly refuse to handle or print materials containing the following content:

1. Containing content that violates the fundamental principles of the Constitution;

2. Containing content that endangers national unity, sovereignty, or territorial integrity (e.g., Taiwan independence, Hong Kong independence, Xinjiang independence, etc.);

3. Containing content that discloses state secrets, endangers national security, or damages national honor and interests;

4. Containing content that incites ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, undermines ethnic unity, or violates ethnic customs and traditions;

5. Containing content that promotes or spreads cults or superstitions (such as Falun Gong, God of All Power, Disciples' Society, Bodhi Gong, Shouting Sect, Yuanji Gong, and Unity Church, etc.);

6. Containing activities that disrupt social order or undermine social stability (e.g., illegal pyramid schemes);

7. Contains content promoting obscenity, gambling, violence, or inciting criminal acts;

8. Contains content that insults or defames others, or infringes upon their lawful rights and interests;

9. Containing content that endangers social morality or national cultural traditions;

10. Other content prohibited by laws, administrative regulations, and national provisions, including but not limited to:

Fake registered trademarks, pirated books, scanned books, and illegal publications containing unlawful content or those that should have been published but were not, etc.

If the client delivers printed goods that meet the aforementioned conditions, Fengyuan Company will immediately report to the public security authorities upon discovery, and the authorities will pursue legal action against the client. The advance payment for printing or goods made by the client will not be refunded by Fengyuan Company.
